By accessing or using JustSay AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

JustSay AI is a voice-powered expense tracking application that allows users to record and manage their financial transactions using voice commands and manual entry. The App uses artificial intelligence to process voice recordings and categorize expenses.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must:

  • Create an account with a valid email address
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

JustSay AI offers both free and premium subscription plans:

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to Pro features.
  • Lite Plan: Basic expense tracking with limited features.
  • Pro Plan: Full access to all features including budgets, exports, and recurring expenses.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the App
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Reverse engineer or copy the App's functionality
  • Use the App to store false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by JustSay AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to accurately process voice recordings and categorize transactions, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any errors in your transaction data. The App should not be used as your sole financial record-keeping system.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTSAY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
